The tequila

Emanating from the earth, Tequila is an alcoholic beverage obtained from the fermentation and distillation of juice obtained from the hearts of blue agave weber tequilana.

The name "tequila" is a designation of origin and recognized internationally. To be called tequila agave distillate, it must be produced in Mexico in one of the eligible regions of the states of Guanajuato, Michoacán, Nayarit, Tamaulipas and Jalisco.
